Tiny Homes
Tiny homes like the one's below are now a stand-alone appendix to the Massachusetts Building Code. Tiny homes are required to be 400 square feet or less. However, the code is slightly relaxed in several key areas. For example, energy code requirements are slightly lower making it much easier to meet code.
